On 11.4.23, Green Circle in association with ANHLGT observed World Environment Day. ANHLGT has reached out to 100s of apartments in Dwarka under the leadership of its Founder Cicily Kodian. At Agrasen, ANHLGT, Green Circle and the Apartment association took joint efforts to organise the children and residents to celebrate the day. Nearly 25 children and many ladies besides MC members assembled to celebrate the day with interesting question on waste Management by Romilla Gandhi and Chitra Jain of Green Circle. Anurag Mohan, a resident of Agrasen apartment and member of Green Circle made the arrangemets. Green Circle distributed tree saplings to children while ANHLGT provided appreciation certificates. Children explained their experiments in waste recycling and also entertained the audience with songs. Thanking the participants, Vishal Lall, Joint Secretary, Green Circle said , "Earth Day draws attention to the issues like global warming and the depletion of natural resources. The significance of environmental protection for human survival is highlighted on World Earth Day. Oceans and land on earth provide a home for numerous animals. We must save this planet for our younger children as they are the future of the world. We will continue to organise similar programs with like minded organisations"
